Thank you for choosing AI Chat App. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for subscriptions and credit packages purchased on aichatapp.io.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 3 days of your purchase date, and before your subscription period ends.
- You must not have used more than 20 AI messages or 5 image/video generations in total. Usage beyond these limits indicates service consumption and disqualifies the purchase from refund eligibility.
Purchases that do not meet the above criteria are non-refundable. Credit packages, once used (partially or fully), are not eligible for refunds. If you were offered a free trial during checkout, standard refund terms do not apply.
Regional Consumer Rights
Depending on your location, you may have additional consumer protection rights. Please review the applicable terms below.
European Economic Area, UK, Turkey & Switzerland
Consumers in these regions have a legal right to withdraw from digital service contracts. However, by subscribing to AI Chat App, you acknowledge that: (1) you request immediate access to the service, (2) digital content is provided instantly upon subscription, and (3) you consent to waive your withdrawal right once the service begins. If withdrawal rights remain, you may cancel within 14 days without reason, provided usage limits are not exceeded.
South Korea, Mexico, Taiwan, Brazil & China
Consumers in these regions may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided usage limits (20 messages, 5 generations) are not exceeded. After this period or upon exceeding limits, the service is considered consumed. Submit cancellation requests to our support team before the deadline.
All Other Regions
The global refund policy applies: refunds are available within 3 days of purchase if usage limits are not exceeded.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
